Chichiboulie ships twice a week using First Class Priority mail via the French post office. I take great care in the packaging of my items but cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipping. I will however endeavour to help resolve any issues. Insurance is available at an extra cost. Please contact me for prices. All of my hand-painted originals are made to order and have an approximate delay of 4-8 weeks for shipping. The time frame for your order will be communicated to you upon receipt of payment. Paper goods, Prints and BoulieBags will ship on the first shipping day following receipt of payment. All customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow extra time for shipping from France. For non-artwork products such as cards and fabric creations, I will accept returns or exchanges of products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning a product. When returning goods, I suggest using registered post as I cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach me. I am unable to issue refunds for original artwork except in rare circumstances. |
